With the festive, albeit virtual, party season just around the corner, what better time to start planning your celebrations by trialling some glitzy and fruity cocktails. This take on the great wine spritzer will add a light and refreshing touch to your next bottomless brunch with friends.

Ingredients

• 1 x 200ml Rebel Rosé
• Strawberries
• Raspberries
• 2-4 lemon slices
• Fresh mint leaves
• Your choice of mixer (tonic, club soda or lemonade)
• Crushed ice

How to make

1. Slice up your strawberries and place these in the bottom of a glass, along with 2 or 3 slices of lemon. Mix a little until juicy.
2. Fill around ¾ of the glass with crushed ice before adding your CBD-infused rosé. Top with a dash of your mixer of choice.
3. Add a slice of lemon and a sprig of fresh mint to garnish.

Tip

Only add the mint immediately before serving, otherwise the leaves will begin to brown!
