We have a 3 day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return for any of the reasons above. In addition we offer a full refund (less shipping costs) on any wines where you do not like the wine anymore, for whatever reason. Such refunds are subject to returned goods being in a re-saleable condition.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your order number. To start a return, you can contact us at info@rebelwine.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
